Me top five for this week:

very melo this one but a great song. Absolutely love her accent.
- Ne me quitte pas = Nina Simone
- Rainin in paradise = signed Manu Chao & Kosturica.
(there are actually more songs from him singing in french, italian that are also awsome but this is my favorite from him singing in a foreign language)
- Start wearing purple = Gogol Bordello (An ukranian gypsy-punk singer doing great stuff in english)
- Believe = Franka Potente (soundtrack of "run lola run")

Interesting theme. I'll try my best:

1. Luna - Bonnie & Clyde (French)
Luna's the former band of Dean Wareham of Britta & Dean fame (don't know if fame's the right word, but if you've heard of them, there you go).

2. Susie Van Der Meer - Somebody has to Pay (English)
She's German, and this song is on the Run Lola Run soundtrack. Great song.

3. Sigur Ros - Untitled 8 (Hopelandic)
So yeah, these guys are from Iceland and they sing in Icelandic. But, for their album (), all the songs are sung in a made-up, non-sense language called Hopelandic. It's a bit crazy, yes, but it's pretty impressive...and Untitled 8 is probably the most accessible song. It's also almost 12 minutes long, but well worth the listen.

Great podcast this week. Your topics are getting much harder for me Tom. I have some debatable entries after much thinking:

Wyclef Jean: Gone Til November
Robyn: Cobrastyle
Sebastien Tellier: Divine
Pink Martini: Je Ne Veux Pas Travailler
Flight Of The Conchords: Foux Du Fafa
